Booking and Payment Terms:

To secure the booking, a non‑refundable deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of accepting this quotation. The remaining balance is payable no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Terms:

Written cancellation received at least 14 days prior to the event will result in a full refund of all payments made. Cancellations received after this point are non‑refundable.

Final Guest Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed in writing no later than 14 days before the event. Your final invoice will be based on confirmed guest numbers, or the minimum guest number/spend quoted, whichever is greater.

Adverse Weather

In the event of adverse weather conditions, JP Catering London Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to proceed with service, including adjusting service times or operating under a suitable covered area provided by the client. If severe weather renders it unsafe or operationally impossible for JP Catering London Ltd to deliver the service, the client may either reschedule the event (subject to availability) or cancel with a full refund, provided written notice is received no less than 48 hours before the scheduled event time. Cancellations made within 48 hours due to weather are non‑refundable.

Supplier Cancellation

Should JP Catering London Ltd be required to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be refunded in full within 14 days.
